Vom 14. bis 16. Oktober 2026 bringt SoAlive Künstler:innen, Labels, Manager:innen, Agenturen, Veranstalter:innen und weitere Akteur:innen der internationalen Musikwirtschaft zusammen. Neben dem Konferenzprogramm finden an verschiedenen Orten in Sofia zahlreiche Showcases statt.

Die verfügbaren Plätze sind begrenzt. Daher können wir leider nicht alle Bewerbungen berücksichtigen.

Der Open Call richtet sich an Akteur:innen aus der Berliner Musikwirtschaft.
Im Typeform fragen wir dich nach:
- deiner Person und deiner aktuellen Tätigkeit
- deiner Motivation für die Teilnahme
- dem Ziel, das du mit der Reise verfolgst
- deiner Verfügbarkeit für den gesamten Reisezeitraum

Open Call: Join the BMC delegation to SoAlive in Sofia
Are you part of Berlin’s music industry and interested in building new connections in Southeast Europe? Apply to join our delegation to the SoAlive Music Conference & Festival in Sofia.
From 14 to 16 October 2026, SoAlive brings together artists, labels, managers, agencies, promoters and other music industry professionals from across Europe. The programme includes a music conference and showcases at various venues throughout Sofia.
What we cover in cooperation with SoAlive
- Three nights of hotel accommodation
- Festival and conference pass
- A travel grant towards flight costs
Places are limited, so we will not be able to accept every application.
Who can apply?
The Open Call is for professionals working in Berlin’s music industry.
The Typeform will ask you about:
- yourself and your current work
- your motivation for joining the delegation
- what you hope to achieve through the trip
- your availability for the full travel period
The application deadline is Friday, 4 September 2026 at 3:00 pm CEST.
