The AG BerVA becomes the new specialist group of the event industry in the BMC

We are happy to announce that the working group of the Berlin event economy, an initiative of over 40 entrepreneurs inside the event industry in Berlin, which since the beginning of the Coronacrisis meets several times a week and both on regional and national level tries to influence political decisions for the well-being of the distressed industry, now becomes a firm organization within the Berlin Music Commission. On the occasion of the founding of the new professional group, 20 companies from all areas of the live industry will join the Berlin Music Commission. We would like to welcome these new members! The specialist group consists of large entertainment groups such as Live Nation and Anschutz Entertainment Group, hall operators such as Velomax (Max-Schmeling-Halle and Velodrom), tour operators and agencies such as Concert Concept, Concertbüro Zahlmann, KBK, MCT and Trinity Music, service providers such as B.E.S.T. Veranstaltungsdienste and SEAN Event Security, theaters such as Wintergarten Varieté and Wühlmäusen as well as individual solo independent event and production managers and other service providers.

A first measure of the specialized group was bspw. a rapid inquiry for promotion for the music and meeting industry, whose results are submitted now to the citizens of Berlin senate administration for economics.

We would also like to call upon all existing members of the Berlin Music Commission who feel they belong to the event industry to be part of this new expert group.
