Bimm Berlin

BIMM Institute is Europe’s most connected music institute with eight colleges based in Berlin, Hamburg, Brighton, Bristol, Dublin, Birmingham, Manchester, and London that specializes in the provision of music education to over 7,500 students.

We offer a wide range of undergraduate courses – our Bachelor’s degree courses include Professional Musicianship (Vocals, Drums, Guitar, Bass), as well as Songwriting, Music Business and Music Production. Additionally, we offer a Masters’ degree in Popular Music Practice.

All courses are taught in English by expert lecturers and with high-class facilities. BIMM students benefit from work experience thanks to close industry connections with partners such as labels and booking agencies.

Our college is based in the House of Music, Berlin’s only dedicated music complex with a total space of 6,000sqm. The three-storey building is Berlin’s oldest and largest remaining industrial buildings and is located in the R.A.W. area at the intersection of Berlin’s two most creative districts: Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg. BIMM Institute has over 2,000sqm of space spread across two floors with two mac labs, in-house production studio, rehearsal spaces, tutorial and teaching rooms and a public live stage. All are equipped with industry-standard software and hardware.
