Most Wanted: Music is the largest conference for the professional music and creative industries in Berlin and one of the most important B2B events for the industry in Germany. Sustainable knowledge hub
The Sustainable Knowledge Hub project is supported by Initiative Musik gemeinnützige Projektgesellschaft mbH with project funding from the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media. We are looking for an experienced sustainability manager to support the project management of our new project “Sustainable Knowledge-Hub” on a freelance basis.
Your tasks:
● Work closely with the project management
● Advice on needs assessment through stakeholder surveys
of the music industry (support with the creation of the questionnaire
and selection of companies)
● Advice on content (technical and methodological feedback during the planning of
planning of 3 webinars + 3 intensive workshops)
● Editing of 6 handouts (summary of the above workshops)
● Supervision of the climate assessment of MW:M and the identification of
reduction potentials
● Advice on the creation and editing of a “Handreichung
climate balancing for music companies”
● Optional: Creation and editing of this handout
sustainability management, preferably in the music industry
● Knowledge and experience in analysing and preparing climate
carbon footprints, preferably for music and event companies
● Experience in the creation of guidelines for sustainable practices
● Academic background, preferably with a PhD or Master’s degree
Master’s degree
● Team player and excellent communicator
● Self-organised and structured work, results- and quality-oriented
quality-orientated
● Knowledge of the German music industry structure and contacts are an advantage
advantage
● Qualification as a transformation sustainability manager is a plus
● Qualifications and experience with ISO 20121 will be favourably considered
● Proficiency in German (knowledge of English is a plus)
Remuneration: Depending on your personal requirements and qualifications on a fee basis
