listen to berlin: Awards 2021 – call for nominations launched

Change calls for bravery. Bravery which members of the Berlin music industry have had to demonstrate countless times in the past crisis-ridden months: the bravery to keep going with no guarantee that it will pay off. The bravery to question one’s own work and to strive to evolve. The bravery to try new tools and develop creative concepts. The bravery to fail. The bravery to not put yourself first. The Berlin Music Commission wishes to recognize this bravery and make it visible with the listen to berlin: Awards 2021.

Featuring awards in several categories, including Music Journalism, Sustainability, Most Creative Music Video and The Rolf Budde Award for a Moral Approach, those individuals and initiatives that continue to shape Berlin’s musical and economic development beyond the limelight will be highlighted. You can submit your nominations for six of these categories now.
