Senior A&R (m/f/d) Wagram Stories Berlin

Wagram Stories GmbH is the German subsidiary of Wagram Music, which is one of the top 3 in the French music industry with more than 120 employees.

In addition to its headquarters in Paris, Wagram Music has offices in Los Angeles, Montreal and, since 2020, Berlin.

Wagram Stories Berlin offers local and international artists in the German-speaking and Eastern European regions the same range of services as its counterpart in France.

With direct access to the German and French markets as well as offices in the USA and Canada, Wagram offers an attractive model and great potential for international signings. The development of a local catalogue is therefore of key importance.

The position as Senior A&R (m/f/d) in full-time is available immediately. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Berlin.

 

Your tasks:

The development of the local catalogue is the primary goal of Wagram Stories in Berlin, you are significantly responsible for building this catalogue and developing it based on, the qualitative and financial goals of the company to be defined.

Scouting tracks, trends & talents in the global digital music world, with a special focus on projects with high international potential.

Acquisition of national artists and label partners

Incoming song proposals are processed by you

Artists and management are in constant exchange with you

 

You meet these requirements:

You have been working in a similar position for several years (please list artists with whom you have worked successfully in your application).

You know the structures of the German music scene and are very well networked.

You are in regular communication with writers, producers and managers.

You support our team with your music expertise and targeted searches for specific projects.

You have excellent English skills (French skills are an advantage)

Remuneration is according to personal requirements and qualifications.
