Julia Labonte-Stoy looks back on an exciting and passionate 25-year career in the music industry.  As former Head of Artist Relations and Head of Streaming at Warner Music Central Europe, she has developed a deep understanding of the dynamics between artists, labels, their partner platforms and music consumers, and in her role as Marketing Manager has helped shape and advance the careers of several musicians.

Today, Julia utilises her many years of experience as an independent holistic coach, mediator and trainer. She accompanies artists and creative projects in artist & project management and supports them in asserting themselves in the constantly changing music landscape. With her flair for trends and her passion for music, Julia Labonte-Stoy drives innovation in the industry, placing a special spotlight on supporting and collaborating with FLINTA and LGBTQ+ communities and actively shaping the future of the music business.
