BMC strategy meeting: Shaping the futue together

Our closed meeting took place on Monday in the Kesselhaus – a day full of exciting discussions, new ideas and valuable insights. In our world cafés, we thought together about the future of the BMC, developed creative ideas and gained fresh perspectives. We focussed on the activities of the office as well as central projects such as LISTEN TO BERLIN and MOST WANTED: MUSIC.
The strong cohesion and active participation of all participants was particularly impressive – your commitment had a significant impact on the day! Over the course of the day, 40 participants were actively involved in the conference. A big thank you to everyone who took part and contributed their ideas. Together, we are shaping the future of the BMC in a changing social environment.
