We are part of the #BerlinIstKultur campaign and call on all artists, cultural institutions and cultural facilities in Berlin to take part on 16 October 2024!

In view of the impending cuts to the Berlin budget, it is crucial that we raise our voices. Cuts in the cultural sector are not only a bad financial policy decision, but also a serious blow to Berlin’s cultural scene. The cultural budget accounts for only 2.5% of the total budget, and the damage to the city’s image would be enormous.

Let’s come up with creative actions to draw attention to the impending cuts and actively involve our audiences!

Together we can defend the importance of culture in Berlin and draw attention to the dangers of cuts. Take part in the day of action!
