Call Music Ambassador Delegation ARMC 2023
Within the framework of the Music Ambassador programme, we are committed to fostering the exchange of global music, culture, and trade.
In light of this, we seek eight delegates to attend the Africa Rising Music Conference (Johannesburg, South Africa) in order to participate in the regional music market.
South African rhythms have already influenced club music and mainstream pop, and its art and culture continue to influence global opinion leaders. We believe that the continent has a great deal of untapped potential, and we intend to develop sustainable structures through cooperation, executive exchange, and musical discourse.
From 22 to 25 May of 2023, you will be in Johannesburg. The ARMC team will provide an insider’s view of the musical landscape during this time. Leonie Junge (Africa Rising Music Conference, Paradise Worldwide) will serve as your point of contact and guide you through every stage of the conference. To facilitate your planning, the hotel HallMark House has reserved 8 rooms for you at a discounted rate of 85€ per night.
To make this trip possible, you may apply to the Music Ambassador Programme for a net subsidy of 600,- Euros. Here you will find the necessary information to apply for the grant.
This conference will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about the African music industry and network with other professionals in the field, as we believe.

ARMC is a female-led music conference & showcase in Johannesburg, South Africa with a global reputation. It has grown in size from a local 50person 1-day event in March 2019 to hosting 1500 people over the 2-day & night conference, studio & showcase platform, attracting key music industry and artists from both the African and international music markets. You can expect a number of delegates from Zambia, as this is its African focus-country for 2023.
