Coaching BONUS is a support programme initiated by the state of Berlin that is explicitly aimed at start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with the goal of sustainably reducing structural hurdles due to the size of the company, the number of employees and their qualification structure. With a non-repayable grant of up to 80% and a selected group of management consultants, Coaching BONUS provides “help for self-help”. Coaching BONUS is explicitly aimed at Berlin’s entrepreneurs in the creative industries and covers all subject areas and business phases, including for example:
- Business development and culture
- Business and financing plan
- Digitalisation
- Sustainability
- Employee management
- Funding
Despite its broad scope, the application process is kept very simple. Rosita Kürbis offers consulting and coaching in the field of government funding and the development of funding strategies. About Florian Brauch
Florian Brauch is an entrepreneur, consultant, mediator and coach and has been working in the music industry for more than 20 years. He is also a lecturer at various universities. For many years, he accompanied the careers of acts such as DONOTS, Heisskalt and Jupiter Jones and ran the full-service agency SPARTA as managing partner.
